Former Navy Admiral Claims U.S. Government Holds Proof of Superior Non-Human Intelligence Guiding Unexplained Aerial Phenomena

A retired senior U.S. military leader who held a prominent role during President Donald Trump’s first term has issued a striking assertion: the government possesses evidence of “higher order non-human intelligence” linked to unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs).

This retired Rear Admiral, among the highest-ranking military voices to speak publicly on the subject, emphasized that the advanced objects tracked by the armed forces demonstrate technologies and maneuvers far beyond anything humans are currently capable of producing.

His comments arrive amid a rising chorus of calls for full transparency from intelligence professionals, service members, and researchers, fueled in part by the recent declassification of UAP files under the Trump administration.

In his Trump-era position, he served as Acting Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and as Acting Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

During a recent interview on “Tomi Lahren Is Fearless,” the admiral deliberately avoided the word “alien,” noting that officials do not use that term. Instead, he confirmed that government insiders are fully aware of what he described as “non-human intelligence.”

He stated unequivocally that authorities know of a higher-order non-human intelligence directing the movements of these phenomena. While he has not seen one himself, he explained that the extreme sophistication and clear intelligent control exhibited by some of the craft have led those with access to classified programs to reach the same conclusion.

The admiral cited military video and sensor data showing objects that glide seamlessly between the ocean and the atmosphere at extraordinary speeds—without creating any disturbance on the water’s surface. “We don’t have technology that can do that,” he stressed.

These disclosures coincide with renewed public interest in the documentary “The Age of Disclosure,” which brings together former intelligence officials, military personnel, scientists, and government insiders to discuss alleged secret UAP programs.

The film’s producer, Dan Farah, maintains that segments of the U.S. government have concealed evidence of non-human life for decades—even from sitting presidents. He describes a hidden “Legacy Programme” that began shortly after the 1947 Roswell incident and operated entirely outside congressional oversight. According to Farah, this effort has sustained an 80-year cover-up of non-human intelligent life.

The documentary alleges that agencies connected to the CIA, Air Force, Department of Energy, and major defense contractors have tightly controlled access to recovered craft and related investigations. Multiple whistleblowers have reportedly described crash sites containing “non-human bodies.” Farah adds that some insiders declined to appear on camera out of fear of severe retaliation. One former special forces operative reportedly withdrew from the project just days before filming, stating he would be “forfeiting my life” if he spoke out.

The momentum for disclosure intensified after the Trump administration authorized the release of hundreds of classified UAP documents, photographs, videos, and investigative files. Farah pointed to one especially compelling piece of evidence: a 1972 Apollo mission image that appears to show a triangular craft hovering above the Moon—an image that investigators within the government’s UAP Task Force have already authenticated.

Insiders involved in the effort note that the released materials represent only a small fraction of what remains classified.

The documentary also spotlights a surge in reports from military pilots and commercial airline crews who have encountered unexplained objects near sensitive military installations and nuclear facilities.

Physicist Dr. Hal Puthoff, who previously worked with the CIA and National Security Agency, described craft that appear to violate known laws of physics through instantaneous acceleration and sharp right-angle turns at high speed. He declared, “I 100% believe that non-human intelligent life is here and has been here for a long time.”

Unlike earlier UFO conversations that relied on anonymous sources and blurry footage, today’s push for openness is led by credible, on-the-record voices—including retired military commanders, intelligence veterans, and government scientists.

Farah noted that the film features testimony from Navy pilots, admirals, generals, National Security Council officials, and intelligence personnel. Among them is former UAP Task Force director Jay Stratton, who claimed he personally witnessed “non-human beings and non-human craft.”

Proponents of greater disclosure argue that the decades-long stigma attached to UFOs was deliberately manufactured to discourage serious investigation and shield classified programs from public scrutiny. Farah suggests that during the Cold War, elements within the intelligence community actively portrayed the topic as fringe conspiracy material to keep the public at a distance.

As more high-level officials step forward and additional documents surface, some insiders believe the long-standing wall of secrecy surrounding these phenomena may finally be beginning to crumble.
